 Torbay Guitar Repairs Ltd operates on an strictly appointment bases, we aim to deliver a fast turnaround, with the customer without their instrument for the shortest amount of time. During busy periods, we do often have a waiting list, we prefer that the customer has their instrument until we are ready to work on it, rather than the customer be without their instrument while it awaits repair in the workshop. We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service and during our years of trading, this system have been proven to provide the best service to the customer.

If you are not 100% happy with your repair/ customisation please inform Torbay Guitar Repairs Ltd within 28 days and we will endeavour to solve any issues related to the work undertaken.

We aim to provide the very best service to all customers, no  matter the size of the repair undertaken, this includes contacting you if there are any change in price before the work is undertaken.
We pride ourselves in treating all guitars as equal and therefore every guitar is treated with the up most care and attention, no matter the make or model.

Payment methods
The methods of payment that are accepted by Torbay Guitar Repairs Ltd are cash, BACS transfer, Paypal money transfer, All major Cards accepted through Paypal. Please be aware that Paypal and BACS payments must be made on or before the day the completed guitar is returned thanks, the funds are held in the paypal account until after the guitar is returned and the customer is happy with the repair. We no longer accept cheques as a method of payment.

Torbay Guitar Repairs Ltd take the upper most care and attention with every guitar, however we do not accept any responsibility for damage to any instrument during accident in transit or in the unlikely event of theft during transit.
Torbay Guitar Repairs Ltd normally collect and deliver during the evenings, Torbay Guitar Repairs Ltd main trading hours are evenings and weekends, we endeavour to deliver a prompt service and respond all queries within 48 hours.
Torbay Guitar Repairs is a 'cottage industry' with no large overheads of a shop front, this means we like to pass the savings on to the customer and our prices reflect this.
