 Torbay Guitar Repairs Ltd operates on an strictly appointment bases, we aim to deliver a fast turnaround, with the customer without their instrument for the shortest amount of time. During busy periods, we do often have a waiting list, we prefer that the customer has their instrument until we are ready to work on it, rather than the customer be without their instrument while it awaits repair in the workshop. We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service and during our years of trading, this system have been proven to provide the best service to the customer
