We've been lucky enough to have some lovely guitars through the workshop recently and really enjoyed working on every one of them. If you've a guitar in the attic, a gathering dust in a corner that needs some much loved attention or a guitar that is played daily that needs some maintenance, get in touch and we'll be more than happy to help get your guitar to it's playing best! |

The work that had been done had been carried out to a poor standard, after much research I managed to track down a schematic for the original VSC-1 circuit. As it turned out, the circuit board had been wrongly connected, leading to the problems with the circuit. With any vintage guitar, original parts are preserved as much as possible, but due to the poor condition that the electronic components were in, the two control pots had to be replaced. The rest of the parts were carefully cleaned and serviced as they were in a salvageable condition. The guitar also had a complete detail clean, fingerboard treatment and hardware polish, intonation set and action adjusted and a fresh set of strings before it was ready for it's owner to collect!
