| This cool Squire Telecaster was recently in the workshop for some modifications! The machineheads were upgraded to Gotohs, a ‘new’ worn scratchplate was fitted along with handwound pickups, completed with a full cloth rewire with CTS pots and a CRL switch! The handwound pickups the customer found for sale for less than £70! They sounded great, amazing value for money! Picture on the left shows the guitar as it was brought in. |  |

  |  The pictures above show the factory wiring and components and the the rewired controls with the new CTS pots and the CRL 3 way switch fitted The 'new scratchplate needed a small amount of adjustment to be fitted correctly to the guitar, this is very common fitting Fender parts on Squire guitars. The new pickups were then fitted and wired up to the new loom before the guitar was restrung and ready for the customer to collect. |
