This cool and rare left handed Tokai Firebird was in the workshop for some customisation!
The customer wanted a Creamery pickup fitted so the mini humbucker cavity had to be opened up to cater for the full sized humbucker!
The cavities were also copper shielded at the customers request before uprated components were fitted and wired!

 | With the cavity opened up and copper shielded the new pickup was then fitted! Below shows the control cavity as it was brought in, the electronics had already been upgraded to better parts that the factory fitted ones. The rewired loom was complete with a NOS vintage capacitor! The customer wanted something a bit different, so the tone control was wired as a bass cut rather than a conventional tone control, giving a very different tone option to the pickup! |

With all the work complete the guitar was restrung before being ready for the customer to collect!
