 | This lovely and well used Simon & Patrick acoustic was brought into the workshop for some much needed attention. It had a large crack running along the bottom back of the guitar, which needed to be sorted. At the same time the owner wanted a pickup fitted, which was decided on a K&K Mini Pure to be fitted. A full setup completed the work, alongside a detail clean and fingerboard treatment. |
  |  The photos show the extent of the crack damage, along with the repair process. Once the crack had been repaired, a light coat of truoil was worked over the area to blend the repair work. The guitar now fully upgraded was ready for many more years on the local circuit. |
