One of the issues the customer was having was the output of the bass was far to aggressive compared to his other basses, so we lowered the active pickup away from the strings to reduce the effect of the pickup.
A small issue that had to be overcome was that one of the adjustment screws had completely rusted and striped it's head. We carefully removed it and replaced all the screws with new ones to allow the pickup height to be set correctly!
